History

June 2, 2000 EpiQuest, Inc. was established with capital of 10 million yen.
November 2000 Designated as a "Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Promotion Act"
-certified enterprise.
December 2000 Capital increase by NECCS program of Hyogo Economic Development Center (Foundation).
Capital: 20 million yen.
February 2001 Qualified for the human resources acquisition grant program of the Empoloyment and Human Resources Development Organization of Japan under the Ministry of Labor.
Auguest 2002 Capital increased to 30 million yen.
February 2004 Shipped a MBE System which is the 100
February 2004 Started delivery of the oxidation system for manufacturing new VCSEL, "VOX3001".
February 2005 Started delivery of the new ammonia exhaust gas treatment system (prototype).
